I started having private classes in French for a few years and then, when sufficiently confident, moved on to a group conversation class for several more years which I continue to attend. Deborah is an excellent teacher, non-threatening, tolerant and encouraging. But, most importantly, her classes are fun and stimulating.
I thoroughly enjoy my one to one French lessons with Deborah. She is welcoming and has a friendly demeanour, but is also very professional. My lessons are well planned, varied and challenging. I am a returner to French after several decades and am becoming increasingly confident in my conversational French, which was my goal. My individual strengths and areas for (much) development were quickly identified in order that I am able to feel progress every single week. I recommend this language school.
I have been attending the beginners French conversation class for over three months now. I think Deborah is an excellent tutor who pitches the level just right for us beginners. The emphasis is on informal conversation backed up with some book learning for grammar and improved vocabulary. Best of all the lessons are great fun so learning doesn’t feel like a chore. Would definitely recommend.
I have been using Ecole Nicole for sometimes now for my son. First when he was in Primary for around a year, his lessons were with Deborah. We've started the lessons again a year ago give or take and his teacher is now Claire. My son his in year ten, so preparing for his GCSE next year. Both teachers are amazing. I 'm very happy with his progress and his conversational skills have greatly improved (I can tell being french myself). Ecole Nicole, approved and trusted by a French mum :) .
