Clive and the team and C. Jenkin have undertaken several large renovations at our family home and rental property in N4, including fitting new bathrooms and kitchens, installing a new hot water and heating system, general carpentry, extensive decoration and refurbishment. All the work has always been carried out to the highest standard with excellent workmanship. Communication is very easy and the team are polite and courteous. The work is always delivered on schedule and at the agreed price. You will always someone cheaper but it you want it done properly by a professional then you have to ask why it is cheaper somewhere else. This company is large enough to have the required trades available but small enough for them to keep an eye on everything, without excessive sub-contracting. Highly recommend.
Definitely not 1star, Dolly is mistaken. My family have been using Clive & team for many many years, we are very lucky to have a long-standing relationship with such a reliable team. Clive has installed boilers in my properties and helps me stay on track with regular servicing! I would highly recommend Clive and his team to provide the right advice and are trusted by my whole family. I know his team do all sorts of renovations and the work is to a very high standard, so highly recommended.
We recently used Clive and his team to complete an extension and internal renovation of our home. This included extra deep foundations due to an oak tree in the garden, new bathroom, new patio and removing the chimney breast up to loft level. The work is excellent. Everyone is very professional, turned up on time every day and tidied away at the end of the day. We didn't have a project manager and didn't need one as Clive managed any other trades as required for completing the work. We plan to do further work on the house in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Clive and his team again.
We used C Jenkin Builders to replace our boiler. Clive listened to what we needed and advised us on what would best suit us, our property and our family. He was very professional and knowledgeable and turned the job around quickly. We would highly recommend Clive and his team and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
Clive and his team have just finished a side and rear extension for us. The job took about 6 months from start to finish. There were no delays and everything went very smoothly. He has a great team of guys who really know what they're doing. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant and keen to do a good job. Would highly recommend.
