Self-service check-inn machines. Key card drop off box when checking-out. Brilliant staff. Clean throughout. Car park £5 per night. Was able to have breakfast without prior reservation (on the day). Breakfast can get busy. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night to attend a gig in Camden. Chosen because we were driving from Nottingham and this hotel was *just* outside the ULEZ zone and had a car park that charged a bargain £5 a night. The location was very easy to find, parking was clearly labelled, easy to pay for and there were enough spaces. Hotel itself is clearly new, the rooms were big and clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and there were enough towels and pillows. It was very warm in the room, even on a March day with single digit temperatures. We could only turn the thermostat down 1 degree to 19, which was honestly the only negative point. Great value for this particular date. It was pretty quiet and there is a zone 3 tube station (Bounds Green) a 10 minute walk away. The guy on the reception desk was really nice and checked us in slightly early.

Most of the staff is OK and nice. However the food service sucks... I'm sitting here in the restaurant just now because I've been waiting on a simple mashed potatoes gravy and mashed peas for over an hour.... My drink which was sparkling water with a lemon took 30 minutes.... Absolutely ridiculous... Also if you're vegan there is maybe one thing on the menu... Maybe... If vegetarian you can eat some sides... The soup of the day changes weekly and they have 2 kind broccoli and carrot. Oh and if you find something that you reluctantly choose because nothing else is good... They don't have it. The temperature in the lobby and restaurant is too cold... If you're from Alaska or Iceland you might find it ok and relaxing... I always eat in my jacket and still cold. Management should be proactive and make sure that all conditions are pleasing... But here it seems you need to complain before things change. For example twice I had to complain about the lobby toilet... Once there was feces all over the ground covered up with a ton of toilet paper.. I ran back out backwards and chose the other bathroom which was disgusting too and the whole hallway smelled like s****, on another occasion there was toilet paper scattered all on the ground... A lot. And of course the temperature... Can't they feel it's COLD? I unfortunately have to stay at this hotel otherwise I wouldn't also you can't open windows at most premier inns... I totally dislike that, fresh air is foreign language here

Visiting from the north to London to see a show the hotel is just before the congestion charge and a short walk to the tube to get into the city. Rooms were very clean and beds are sooo comfy and cool air con, Staff were polite and very attentive. Food always decent. On site parking at £5 pr 24 hrs, Only gripe was the bar closed at 11pm but all in all a very good couple of nights stay.

Easy to get to, not a pretty location but the hotel itself is clean and staff are friendly. You park in the building behind the hotel which is shared so make sure after you have been buzzed through the gates you turn right, this is the parking allocated to the hotel. We couldn't adjust the temperature in the room and heard that other guests couldn't either, the room felt very hot and stuffy all night so woke up feeling hungover and very tired the next day unfortunately, it's a shame as the bed and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was lovely.
